- Paper: A4 in draft 70g (B&W only), standard 80g or premium 100g; A5 in standard 80g — all from responsibly managed, certified forests.

Spiral binding
Want your documents bound? After uploading your PDFs, put them into books in the order you want them bound and choose the covers — we print, bind and post them together.
- Sizes: A4 or A5 books, with a black plastic coil sized to each book.
- Covers: transparent, black, white, blue or red plastic, front and back.
- Thickness: up to 210 sheets of 80g per book; long PDFs can be split by pages across several books.
- Copies: every copy is its own book, made from the copies you order — binding never adds printing.

We print and post your order the next working day, and An Post usually delivers the working day after (one more day to Northern Ireland). Need a letter printed and posted to someone else? How much does printing cost?
Black & white printing starts from a few cents per sheet, with a minimum order of €2.95. You always see the exact total before paying.
Can you bind my documents?
Yes — spiral binding is available for A4 and A5 documents, from €1.50 a book. After uploading your PDFs, put them into books in the order you want them bound and choose the front and back covers: transparent, black, white, blue or red plastic. Each book takes up to 210 sheets of 80g paper with a black plastic coil, and promo codes apply to the printing only.
How many pages fit in one spiral-bound book?
Up to 210 sheets of 80g paper per book, which is up to 420 pages printed double-sided. Heavier 100g paper fills a book a little sooner and 70g draft paper a little later. The coil is chosen automatically for the thickness of each book, and the price goes by thickness, from €1.50 a book.
Can you bind a PDF that is too long for one book?
Yes. When you build your books, use Split by pages on that PDF and choose the pages to cut after, for example after page 200 and 400. Each part can go into a different book, you can split a part again, and any part you leave out of the books is printed loose.
Can one book mix colour, black and white and different papers?
Yes. Each PDF keeps its own paper, colour and sides, so a book can combine them freely as long as all its documents are the same size: A4 or A5. In a double-sided book, a document with an odd number of pages ends with a blank page so the next one starts on a new sheet, and single-sided documents keep their backs blank.
Does binding count towards free delivery?
Yes. An Post Standard delivery is free when your printing plus binding comes to €30 or more. Promo codes apply to the printing only, not to binding.
Can you print on A5 paper?
Yes — besides A4 we print on A5 (148 × 210 mm, half an A4 sheet) on standard 80g paper, black and white or colour, single or double-sided, from €0.07 per sheet (full A5 price list in our terms), and volume pricing works exactly the same. Choose A5 in the Size option of each file; pages designed at A4 are scaled down to fit.
Do you offer discounts for large print jobs?
Yes — volume pricing is built into our prices. The sheets in your order are priced in blocks of 100: the first 100 at the standard price, then each block cheaper — 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% off, the last rate applying to every further sheet. It applies automatically to every paper and colour option except Draft, and your quote shows how many sheets you have left at your current rate.

Anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland — every Eircode and BT postcode. We send your order with An Post: Standard from €1.95 (free when your printing plus binding comes to €30 or more), or tracked Express and Registered at An Post's own price.
Do you deliver outside Dublin?
Yes. Our online checkout covers the whole of Ireland and Northern Ireland: enter any Eircode or Northern Ireland postcode and the exact delivery price appears in your quote. Need a letter printed and posted to someone else? Message us on WhatsApp.
What files can I upload?
PDF files only, up to 30 MB each, and up to 30 files per order.
How fast is delivery?
We print and post your order the next working day, and An Post usually delivers the working day after — one more day to Northern Ireland. An Post Express is tracked and delivered the next day once posted.
Can I print in colour and black & white?
Yes, you can choose colour or black & white, single or double-sided — per file. Full colour is available on standard 80g and premium 100g paper; draft 70g is black & white only.
What is Draft quality?
Draft is our cheapest way to print — from €0.05 a page. We print in the printer's draft mode (lighter ink) on thinner 70g paper, in black & white only. It is perfect for study notes, revision packs and internal drafts. For anything you will hand in or share, we recommend Standard 80g paper, our most popular option.
Is your paper environmentally responsible?
The paper we print on — 70g draft, standard 80g and premium 100g — comes from responsibly managed, certified forests, and our standard 80g is produced with a carbon-neutral process. Printing double-sided is the simplest way to halve the sheets a document needs, and our draft option uses lighter 70g stock, so a big reading pack costs you less and uses less paper.
Do you print full copies of copyrighted books or texts?
No. As set out in our terms of service, we cannot reproduce complete books, textbooks, manuals, sheet music or other copyright-protected publications, even for personal use, unless you own the rights or can provide the rights holder's permission. Material you are entitled to print is always welcome: your own work, public-domain or openly licensed texts, lecture notes, and extracts permitted under licence. When you place an order you confirm that you hold the rights to print the files you upload, and any order found to infringe is cancelled and refunded minus the management fee and a processing charge.
