Who we are
Online Printing Dublin is operated by MAYGO Group, based in Dublin, Ireland. We provide online PDF printing, posted to customers anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number
- Delivery address: street address and Eircode (or Northern Ireland postcode). If you send an order to someone else, also the recipient's name and address, used only to post it.
- Order details: uploaded PDF files and printing preferences
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Website usage (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages visited, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our website, collected by Google Analytics
- Proof of posting: a photo of the An Post receipt for your parcel (with our payment card details hidden) and its tracking number, if any, included in your "Posted" email and stored with your order. For orders we delivered ourselves before October 2026, a photo of the parcel at the delivery point.
How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Process and deliver your printing order
- Send order confirmation and status update emails
- Contact you if there's an issue with your order
- Send you a one-off reminder (sometimes with a discount) if you start an order but don't complete the payment
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use aggregated website statistics to understand how our website is used and improve it.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Data sharing
We share your data only with:
- Stripe: for secure payment processing
- An Post: your name and address as written on the envelope, to deliver your order
- Our hosting and email providers: to run the website and send order emails, acting only on our instructions
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics): website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
We retain your order data for up to 12 months for customer support purposes. Uploaded PDF files are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of the order being received. Order records and specifications are retained for reference purposes.
Referral partners
If you join our referral programme, we also process your contact details, postal address, PPS number and IBAN — solely to manage the programme, issue monthly settlements and pay your commission by bank transfer. Signed agreements and settlement receipts exchanged by email are kept as records. This data is retained while your agreement is active and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies
We use essential cookies that the website needs to work, and — only if you allow them — Google Analytics cookies to measure how the website is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and Google Analytics is set up without advertising features. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you accept it.

The legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy Regulations, S.I. No. 336 of 2011). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings (also linked at the bottom of every page); withdrawing it deletes the Google Analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we keep analytics data for 14 months.
Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details.
