Sometimes an email simply will not do. A formal complaint, a letter to a legal department, a notice to a landlord, paperwork for a solicitor or an institution — there are moments when a document has to arrive on paper, at a physical address in Dublin. And that is a real problem if you are abroad, or in Ireland without a printer, an envelope and a stamp to your name. Our print & post service closes that gap: you upload a PDF from anywhere in the world, and we print it, seal it and post it through An Post to the Dublin address you choose.

Why a printed letter still gets read

Emails to big organisations are filtered, queued and too often answered by software. A physical letter is different: post that arrives at a company's registered address gets opened, logged by the mailroom and routed to the department named on it. That is why formal escalations, complaints and legal correspondence still travel on paper — and why Dublin matters so much here: the city hosts the European headquarters of many of the world's largest technology companies, along with banks, law firms and public institutions. If you are anywhere in Europe and your issue is with a company's Irish entity, the letter usually needs to arrive in Dublin.

  • Message us on WhatsApp first (the green button on this page) telling us it is a print & post order. An Post postage is not part of our standard delivery fees, so we quote it as a small extra — ordinary or registered — and confirm your full total before you order. No surprises.
  • Upload your PDF on our homepage — a letter, a complaint with annexes, a signed form. You will see the printing price instantly.
  • Enter the recipient's Dublin address as the delivery address at checkout, exactly as it should appear on the envelope (company or person, department, street, Eircode). Your own email and phone stay as the contact details.
  • We print, seal and post it. Your document goes into a plain, unbranded envelope — nothing on it mentions our service — with the postage we agreed, and into the post.

Discretion by default

The envelope carries only the recipient's address: no logo, no branding, no reference to how it was produced. The letter reads exactly as if you had printed and posted it yourself. On the inside, your file is treated the way we treat everything we print: transferred securely, never shared, and deleted from our systems within 30 days. Need proof it was sent? Registered post is available

For a routine letter, ordinary An Post delivery does the job. If the letter really matters — a formal complaint, anything with legal weight — An Post's registered post adds a tracking number and a signature on delivery, and we send you a photo of the sealed envelope and the An Post receipt so you have a dated record that it went out. Either way the process is the same: tell us on WhatsApp whether you want ordinary or registered post, and we will quote the postage for your letter and confirm the exact total before you place the order.

What it costs

The same transparent pricing as any order: your printing (for a formal letter we recommend 100g paper — it feels substantial in the hand), a minimum printing order of €2.95, a €1.95 management fee, the delivery option you choose at checkout (that covers our handling), plus the An Post postage quoted on WhatsApp. A typical one-letter order still comes to just a few euros all in — and you know the exact total before paying, with any European card.

One honest caveat

We print and post letters; we are not a legal courier and we do not provide formal service of legal proceedings. If a court or regulation requires documents to be served in a specific way — by a solicitor, a summons server or registered channels defined by law — check those requirements first. For everything else that just needs to arrive, we are very likely the simplest way to get paper to a Dublin address without being anywhere near Dublin.
