Running a workshop, a staff induction or a certified course? Participants still value a printed pack they can write in and take home. Instead of printing it on the office machine the night before and fighting with a hole punch, upload your PDFs and we'll print and spiral-bind one pack per participant, then post them to your office or straight to the venue, anywhere in Ireland.

One bound pack per participant

  1. Upload your PDFs — the agenda, the slides, the workbook — and set the number of copies to the number of participants.
  2. Build the first pack in the Bind your documents step: create a book and put the PDFs into it in the order the day runs.
  3. Duplicate it once per participant. Each copy of a PDF goes into one book, and if you're short of copies, Duplicate adds them for you.

You can bind up to 30 books per order; for a bigger group, simply place a second order. Anything you leave out of the books — evaluation forms, sign-in sheets, certificates — is printed loose, so participants can hand them back without tearing pages out.

Mix colour and black & white in the same pack

Every PDF keeps its own print settings, even inside one book. Print the slides in colour so charts and screenshots read clearly, and the workbook pages in black & white to keep the cost down. You can even mix paper weights: premium 100g for a pack that feels substantial, standard 80g for everyday handouts. The only rule is one size per book — A4 or A5.

When the pack is printed double-sided, each document starts on a new sheet: a document with an odd number of pages gets a blank page at the end, which keeps every section starting on the right-hand page.

Make the packs look the part

  • A cover page with your logo as page 1 shows through the transparent front cover.
  • A coloured back cover — black, white, blue or red plastic — to match your brand or tell courses apart.
  • Slides as handouts: export two or four slides per page (with space for notes) from PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides before you upload. We print your PDF exactly as it is.
  • A5 handbooks make neat pocket guides for inductions, safety procedures and quick-reference cards.
  • Margins: we punch about 6 mm from the bound edge, so keep text clear of it.

How thick can a pack be?

Up to 210 sheets of 80g paper per book — that's 420 pages double-sided, plenty for a multi-day course. If a manual is longer, use Split by pages to spread it across volumes, such as "Day 1" and "Day 2". Binding is priced per book by thickness, from €1.50; see the full table in our spiral binding guide.

Delivered to the venue on time

Enter the venue or office address at checkout. We print, bind and post the order the next working day, and An Post usually delivers the working day after; tracked Express is there for tight deadlines. To be safe, order a week before the course. Delivery is free once your printing plus binding comes to €30 or more, which most group orders reach easily.

Invoices and paperwork

You see the exact total before paying by card, and your order confirmation email includes the invoice, ready for your accounts team. Need to update the manual for the next course? Just upload the new version and order again.
