Need to print a booklet in Dublin — a training manual, an event programme, a staff handbook or any multi-page document? You don't have to traipse around the city looking for a copy shop. Instead, you can upload your PDF online, choose your options, pay by card, and we'll print your pages and deliver them to your door anywhere in Dublin (D01–D24). Here's how to get a clean, professional result.
What we print (and what we honestly don't)
Let's be upfront so there are no surprises. We print on A4 paper, in full colour or black & white, single or double-sided, on 80g or 100g stock. What we do not offer is binding, folding or stapling. In other words, we deliver your printed A4 sheets ready to go — if you want them bound into a finished booklet, you can take them to a local print shop for spiral, comb or stapled binding, which is quick and inexpensive.
Printing first and binding locally also gives you a chance to flick through the pages and check everything before it's bound.
How to print a booklet in Dublin step by step
- Export a single PDF. Combine your manual or programme into one PDF (or several, if you prefer). We accept PDF only, up to 20 MB each and up to 30 files per order.
- Choose double-sided. Printing double-sided halves the number of sheets, so your booklet is thinner, lighter and feels more like a real book.
- Pick your paper. For a more book-like feel, we recommend double-sided 100g — it's a touch heavier than everyday 80g, so pages don't show through and the finished document feels more substantial.
- Set colour where it matters. Choose full colour for handbooks with diagrams, screenshots or branding, or black & white for text-heavy manuals to keep costs down.
- Choose your copies. Set the number of copies per file at checkout — handy when you need one manual per team member.
Prepare your PDF properly
We print your file exactly as supplied, so a little preparation goes a long way:
- Check your page order so the document reads correctly once printed.
- Mind your margins — leave a little extra space on the inner edge if you intend to bind it afterwards, so text isn't lost in the spine.
- Embed your fonts when exporting, so headings and special characters print as you see them.
- Do a final read-through — any typo in the PDF will be printed too.
