It is the question we get most often on WhatsApp: "Do you deliver to Cork?" "Can you send it to Galway?" "I'm in Limerick — is that a problem?" The short answer is yes. Our online checkout is built around Dublin, where our own team delivers to your door, but we print and send documents to anywhere in Ireland through An Post. It simply works a little differently, and this guide explains how.

The short answer

  • Dublin 1–24: order on the website as normal. Our own delivery brings your prints to your door — budget weekend delivery from €1.95 or standard 48-hour delivery for €9.95.
  • Everywhere else in Ireland — Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Kilkenny, Wexford, Sligo, Athlone, Drogheda, Dundalk or a townland with a long lane: we print your documents and post them to you via An Post, ordinary or registered. Because postage depends on your document, we quote each job individually on WhatsApp before you pay.

Why it is not in the checkout (yet)

Our Dublin prices are flat because we know exactly what a delivery run costs us. Post is different: An Post charges by weight and format, and a 10-page letter in a small envelope costs a fraction of a 300-page manual that has to travel as a parcel. Registered post — with a tracking number and a signature on delivery — costs more again. Rather than pad every order with a worst-case postage fee, we prefer to quote the real figure for your document, so you pay for exactly what you need and nothing more.

How to order printing for Cork, Galway, Limerick or anywhere else

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (the green button on this page). Attach your PDF, or tell us the number of pages, colour or black & white, single or double-sided and the paper you would like. Add the delivery address with its Eircode and say whether you want ordinary or registered post.
  2. We send you a quote: the printing at the same prices as the website, plus An Post postage at the current rate for your document and a small handling charge for the envelope and the trip to the post office. One total, confirmed before you commit.
  3. Pay by secure link — card through Stripe or Revolut, whichever suits you. You receive an invoice by email like any other order.
  4. We print and post it, normally the next working day. If you chose registered post, we send you a photo of the An Post receipt with the tracking number so you can follow the envelope yourself.
  5. An Post delivers, usually within one to two working days of posting, so most of the country receives its prints within two to three working days of paying.

Ordinary or registered post?

For lecture notes, a manual or a stack of reading material, ordinary post is perfectly fine and keeps the cost down. Choose registered post when the document matters — anything you would be sorry to see go astray — because it is tracked end to end and handed over against a signature. Very large jobs (several hundred pages) travel as a parcel rather than a letter; the process is exactly the same, only the postage line changes.

What it costs

The printing itself costs the same as it does for Dublin — you can see the per-sheet prices on our printing services page — with the usual minimum printing order of €2.95 and the €1.95 management fee. On top of that comes the postage at An Post's rate for the weight and format of your envelope, plus the handling charge.

Sending a document to someone else

The same service works when the recipient is not you: a letter to a GP or a hospital, paperwork for a solicitor, a signed form for an employer, a complaint to a company's head office. We print it, seal it in a plain, unbranded envelope with your name as the sender, and post it — ordinary or registered — anywhere in Ireland.
