It is the question we hear most: "Do you deliver to Cork?" "Can you send it to Galway?" "I'm in Belfast — is that a problem?" The short answer is yes. We print in Dublin, and every order on our website is sent by An Post to any address in Ireland and Northern Ireland — from Dublin 2 to a townland at the end of a long lane. This guide explains how delivery works, what it costs and how long it takes.

The short answer

  • Anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland: order on the website as normal. Enter your Eircode or BT postcode and the delivery price appears in your quote before you pay.
  • We post it the next working day and An Post usually delivers the working day after — one more day to Northern Ireland.

Three An Post services

  • An Post Standard — €1.95 for orders up to 80 sheets and €3.95 above, and free when your printing comes to €30 or more. Right for notes, reading packs and everyday documents. Standard post is not tracked.
  • An Post Express — tracked and delivered the next day once posted, from €10.00.
  • An Post Registered — tracked and signed for on delivery, for documents you would be sorry to see go astray, from €10.00.

Express and Registered are charged at An Post's own price for the weight of your envelope: you pay exactly what An Post charges at the counter.

How long does it take?

We print your order and hand it to An Post on the next working day after you place it (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). An Post delivers most letters and large envelopes the working day after posting, all over the country; allow one more working day for Northern Ireland. Order on a Monday and it is normally with you on Wednesday — your quote shows the estimated delivery date before you pay.

Proof of posting

When your order leaves, we email you a photo of the An Post receipt and, for Express and Registered, the tracking number with a link to follow your envelope.

What it costs

The printing costs the same wherever you are — per-sheet prices are on our printing services page, with up to 30% off big jobs — plus the minimum printing order of €2.95 and the €2.95 management fee, which includes the envelope and packaging. Add the delivery from the list above, and that is the total you see before you pay.

Sending a document to someone else

The same printing works when the recipient is not you: a letter to a GP or a hospital, paperwork for a solicitor, a signed form for an employer, a complaint to a company's head office. We print it, seal it in a plain, unbranded envelope with your name as the sender, and post it — ordinary or registered — anywhere in Ireland.
