Cork likes to call itself the real capital, and with more than 220,000 people it is comfortably Ireland's second city. It is also, after Dublin, the place we are asked about most: "Can you deliver to Cork?" The answer is yes. We are a Dublin-based online printing service, but everything we print can travel to Cork by An Post — usually arriving the next working day after we post it. You upload a PDF, we print it, and it lands in your letterbox in Douglas, Blackrock, Bishopstown, Ballincollig or anywhere else with a T12, T23 or P-series Eircode.

Who orders printing from Cork

  • Students at UCC and MTU. Reading packs, lecture notes and thesis drafts for University College Cork or Munster Technological University's Bishopstown campus, printed double-sided in black & white on draft or standard paper. If you are in student accommodation without a printer, a week's notes cost less than you might think.
  • Businesses and clinics. Cork's pharma and tech cluster — from Little Island and Ringaskiddy to the offices around the Docklands — needs reports, manuals and forms printed cleanly on 100g paper without keeping an office printer fed. Practices around Cork University Hospital order patient handouts and letters the same way.
  • People sending a letter into Cork. Family abroad who need a signed document to reach a solicitor on the South Mall, or an employer in the city centre: we print it, seal it in a plain envelope with your name as sender and post it — registered if it matters.

How it works for a Cork address

  1. Send us a WhatsApp with your PDF (or the page count and options), your Cork address with its Eircode, and whether you want ordinary or registered post.
  2. We reply with a single price: the printing at our normal rates, An Post postage for the weight of your document, and a small handling charge. Nothing is charged until you agree.
  3. Pay by secure link (Stripe or Revolut) and we print the same or next working day, then hand your envelope to An Post. Registered items come with a photo of the receipt and tracking number.

Delivery times Dublin → Cork

An Post moves mail between Dublin and Cork overnight, so a document posted on Monday is normally in Cork on Tuesday, occasionally Wednesday. For a thesis due on Friday, message us by Tuesday and you have comfortable margin. We do not offer same-day service to Cork; if your deadline is tomorrow morning, a local copy shop will serve you better and we will tell you so.

What it costs

Printing is priced exactly as it is for Dublin customers — see the current per-sheet prices on our printing services page — with the usual minimum order of €2.95 and €1.95 management fee. Postage depends on how thick the envelope ends up: a few dozen pages travel as a large letter, several hundred as a small parcel, and registered post adds An Post's tracking fee. We quote the exact figure before you pay.

Paper and finishing

You choose per file: black & white or colour, single or double-sided, and paper in draft 70g (black & white only, the cheapest for big reading packs), standard 80g or premium 100g. Everything is A4. Several files can go in the same envelope, stapled separately if you ask — handy for a dissertation with appendices.
