Handing your documents to a stranger to be printed always involves a small act of trust. Contracts, medical letters, payslips, legal papers and immigration files are not things you want floating around. If you are looking for confidential document printing in Dublin, it is worth knowing exactly what happens to a file after you upload it — so here is our answer, in plain terms.
What happens to your files, step by step
- Your upload is encrypted in transit. The whole site runs over HTTPS, so your documents travel to us encrypted, the same way online banking works.
- Files are stored only to print them. They are not indexed, shared, sold or used for anything else.
- They are deleted within 30 days. Uploaded files are permanently removed from our servers once the order has been received and completed. We keep the order record and its specifications for accounting, but not your documents.
- Access is restricted. Only our production process reaches your files, and the admin area sits behind authentication.
- Payments never touch our servers. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Printing is quieter than it looks
There is a practical point that is easy to miss: an online service is often more discreet than the alternatives. In a shop, your pages come out onto a shared tray in a public room, and a member of staff usually handles them at the counter. Sending a PDF that is printed and posted to your address involves fewer eyes on the page, not more.
The same goes for the office printer. If you have ever printed something personal at work and sprinted to the machine before a colleague got there, you already know why some documents are better printed elsewhere.
Sensible habits for sensitive documents
Whoever prints them, a few habits reduce the risk of an awkward moment:
- Send only the pages you need. If a form is 40 pages and the office wants 4, upload just those. Fewer pages means less exposure and a lower cost.
- Redact before you upload, not after printing. Black marker on paper is not a substitute for removing data from the file.
- Check the file you are attaching. Uploading the wrong version is by far the most common mistake, and it is the one that actually leaks information.
- Use a password-free copy. We cannot print password-protected or encrypted PDFs, so remove protection from your copy before uploading rather than sending the locked file.
- Mind the delivery address. Choose one where post is safe — a shared hallway is fine for lecture notes, less so for financial paperwork.
What we will not print
Confidentiality works both ways. We will not print content that is illegal or offensive, and we do not print complete copyright-protected books or publications unless you hold the rights or can show permission. Discretion does not carry a surcharge. The same pricing applies to every order: a minimum printing order of €2.95, a €1.95 management fee, and budget weekend delivery from €1.95 or standard 48-hour delivery for €9.95 across Dublin 1 to 24.
