We print and post every order the next working day. After that, the An Post service you choose is what makes the difference when time is tight:

  • An Post Express (tracked, at An Post's price) — delivered the day after posting, with a tracking number. This is the option to choose when you have a firm deadline.
  • An Post Standard (from €1.95) — usually delivered the day after posting too, without tracking, and free when your printing comes to €30 or more.

Both reach any address in Ireland, and please note we don't post on Irish bank holidays. Factor that in when you're counting back from your deadline.

How to plan ahead and still beat the clock

The honest secret to stress-free last-minute printing is ordering a little earlier than you think you need to. If you order by Tuesday, An Post Standard will usually arrive by Thursday — comfortably before a Friday deadline. If the deadline is two working days away, choose Express so the envelope is tracked all the way.

A few practical tips to avoid surprises:

  • Have your files ready as PDFs — that's the only format we accept, up to 30 MB each and up to 30 files per order.
  • Decide your options in advance: A4 paper, 70g draft, 80g or 100g, full colour or black & white, single or double-sided, and the number of copies per file.
  • Remember the minimum order is €2.95, with a €2.95 management fee per order. There's also a small surcharge that tops up to the minimum if your printing comes to less.

You'll always see your exact total before you pay, with no hidden fees, and payments are handled securely through Stripe. Your uploaded files are deleted within 30 days.
